ok, its midnight but i wanted to keep my streak going with logging my food and keeping some sort of blog going in terms of how i am doing training wise..
this past week was a terrible training week...
3 weight lifting /crossfit
1 10 miler and that would be it... IM is in 24 weeks.. i still am laying a base so i feel ok with where i am at.. with all the teen drama and work busy-ness ; oh and huge storm stuff... this was as good as it was getting..
i did make a huge sacrifice today.. instead of going x-country skiing today or showshoeing -- i went for this big run.. i have been playing in the snow, playing at yoga ect -- i felt i had to lay down these miles instead..
soo thats it folks.. i am up too late ; feeling a bit nauseous -- not sure why!! hope its not another bug
