Day 41 - Activity Report

Day 41- Fitness

Started day with stretches and toning. Then, home exercise routine - 15 minutes

Day 22 - Salad, raw veggies and fruit

Salad with mixed lettuce, capers, turkey breast, nuts, and cheese.

Tired today. I think I earned a early night of sleep.
