So-So Weekend

I don't know what's happening. I went back to sleep after exercise yesterday and slept 5 hours. Today, same thing only 3 hours. I just can't seem to get energized.

I ate so-so, kind of wierd. not unhealthy, just weird. Tomorrow, back to tracking both exercise and food intake. The scale finally budged telling me I was 4 lbs down. I don't beleive that. Just goes to show that's not a very reliable tool in this journey, but instead a guidepost.

    Cabin fever? Go with it and rest! Sometimes, our bodies know what they need!

    Not having energy is a bummer. But you did the right thing allowing yourself the rest. However if you keep feeling that way you might need to go to the doctor.

  Sometimes our bodies need extra rest and it's good that you listened to it. You could be fighting a bug, had a long week, or just plain needed some sleep. Hope you're feeling more energetic today!
