I don't know what's happening. I went back to sleep after exercise yesterday and slept 5 hours. Today, same thing only 3 hours. I just can't seem to get energized.
I ate so-so, kind of wierd. not unhealthy, just weird. Tomorrow, back to tracking both exercise and food intake. The scale finally budged telling me I was 4 lbs down. I don't beleive that. Just goes to show that's not a very reliable tool in this journey, but instead a guidepost.
