Hi..February is flying by and it's time for me to catch up on the first 7 challenge assignments!!
Way to busy here, but soo looking forward to this winter challenge!
#1 What are my plans to get ready? everything is ready to go..scale, work out clothes aka chore clothes (as this challenge will be right during calving) water bottle, pedometer...check
What exercie? See above and add some stationary biking and weights and walks
What diet? I've been trying this new no sugar no carbs and has really helped kick start my weight loss..but I'm ready to add small portions of all foods and lots of protein, veggies and fruit and water

#3List reasons to lose weight. For better health, to feel better, to look better, to fit in clothes better, to have more energy.....
#4Trigger foods? My biggest problem has been with serving sizes and I'm determined to keep to the appropriate serving sizes! and not over eat!
#5Any learned tricks to cut calories? Eat whole foods, cut out sugar and carbs, eat smaller portions, drink lots of coffee and tea and water...measure and weigh food
#6Reasons diet andd exercise hasn't worked in the past? Still always ate too much!!
#7Track progress with measure tape..I have been doing that weekly since Jan :)

Glad to be all caught up with the assignments :)
The Magic that has been working for me is consistency...for a month now I have completly cut out suagars and art. sweetener and carbs..talk about clean eating! I have lots of energy and am really happy with the weight loss.
I'm looking forward to the fun we have in the 5% challenges and hope to get to my goal weight!! And getting to know my fellow challengers!
