OK so Saturday I started a new spark page. I was a member a long time ago but it was just about a year since I did anything with it. I had sort of given up on my journey. Well.. I just had my second baby. I now am a mother of two precious girls and I cry because my physical ailments are due to my weight. If I want to play with them and enjoy their childhood I NEED to lose this weight!
There is no more stalling. No more reasons why I should start next week instead of this week. No more letting the pain in my back and hip dictate what I can and can't do. I'll start small and work my way up. But the key is... I need to START!
I have no idea why but for some reason I can't start a workout plan until Monday. Something about starting at the beginning of the week helps me keep track of my progress or something. I don't know, haha! ANyway... tomorrow starts my new workout plan. A minimum of 1o minutes a day no matter what. more is great but no less. This weekend I ate like I normally do so I could see the difference in what I'm eating and how I can improve. Having a southern mother in law cooking for me is not a pro in my diet plans :) but I'll work with it. haha
Whoever is reading this. I need a lot of encouragement and way to go's and you can do it's. I can't do this alone... and I need to be somehow held accountable for it to work... so here I am.. Sparkin it up again :) yay me...
