Off to a good start! Sundays begin my new week!
I did weigh in Saturday and held which was good. I went to the grocery store today so that is a big step in success already.
Goals this week:
-Tomorrow cook 2 meal items for the week
-Talk to trainer about how much I should run each week to prepare for the race
- Get my water in
-Strive to eat 100 less calories a day and 20 less carbs
