Macaroni and cheese

pizza. With extra cheese. And maybe deep fry some of it. A ton of whipped cream and chocolate and a little ice cream to make it acceptable. Why is that? Why can't we just have a bowl of whipped cream and chocolate?

I know I can't keep 7 lbs a week up, but I am hoping when I can start moving that will help too. The knee is almost there, so I may give walking a try tomorrow.

This program wouldn't let me put in a target date of May - July was the soonest I could use, but I am determined to get to 160 or less by May.
