Yesterday I tanked up on lots of protein and ate a fat tuna sandwich wrap for lunch! What a difference I felt later in the day - not so very very hungry as before. I never even felt famished today. So, I'm going to try and add a lot of protein to my diet for a few more days and see if my appetite holds up to the test.
Finding out what balance my body runs best on is going to be quite interesting. I realized that snacking on fruit just makes me feel hungrier. I don't know if there's any science behind it, but if I use fruit or anything high carb for a snack, I'm sure to be starving in less than an hour!
I love the nutrition tracker on SP. It's been very helpful in evaluating what mix of nutrients works best each day!
