I didn't report on my 5th week of maintenance last week.
I was distracted by a small event called the Super Bowl.
I was up a pound from the 3 I had lost the previous week.
This week I've stayed the same as last week.
123lbs sounds like a fake weight.
I input it on the treadmill and I think, really?
1, 2, 3.
I suppose I could try to lose the 3 to make it a nice round even 120.
Just thinking about it raises my anxiety.
Then I'd have to restart the maintenance ticker on my SparkPage.
It was painful enough changing it from the Weight Loss Ticker to the Maintenance one.
I liked seeing where I started, so I don't let myself go back there, but it's a silly painful visual.
The Maintenance Ticker is a more positive one at this point.
Which reminds me, I need to report my weight.
