I've been working on losing weight for a long time. I happened upon spark people by looking for a recipe using butternut squash. Since it was free, I joined the program. I thought that I would work hard to follow all the program steps for 90 days to see where it would take me. This is day 41. So far, I have lost at least 10 pounds. I am still leary that this is the right program, but I will try to meet all the challenges and goals for 90 and see where I am then. This should be an interesting ride.
