Back on track today

I stay well on track today. I had to after yesterday.

Then again, today there was no bull roast.

I worked on the house. Ate smart. Drank plenty of water.

The only problem is, according to the Fitbit, I didn't walk enough because most of my work didn't require a lot of moving around.

And then I made a discovery on my TV. There is a thing called Crackle. It used to be crappy old TV shows and B-movies. But they have their own series called "Chosen" and it got me hooked. So I sat around all evening watching it.

Fortunately on 7 episodes of 23 minutes each. It'll all be over soon.
