1 Month SparkVersary & Weigh In Update

Sunday, February 10, 2013

First off, how did I make it two whole days without realizing that I have been on this healthy lifestyle change for a month. That sure went fast. I told myself that I need to stick this out until at least May. That way it can give me the courage to continue on past that. If these months go as fast as this first month did, then I should be there in no time.

Now on to the fun part emoticon my weigh in results.

Since last Sunday I am down one pound. It's better than I expected. However, what really makes me happy is keeping track of my measurements. Yes ladies and gentlemen, I am down another 1.5 inches in my waist, a whole inch in my hips, and a half an inch in my neck. I am so excited! This is a great step in the right direction.

Way to go me! Haha

Until tomorrow. Keep on Sparking!

emoticon Rock on! That is so awesome. You're on a great start, so keep up the good work. I read your "about me" and it reminded me of myself. I too did well on Spark last Spring and then just gave up for no good reason. We know that working out and eating healthy work, so we just have to keep up the good work! emoticon

Looks like you are doing really good! It helps to give yourself a guideline on how long you at least have to stick it out until. I think of that when I am exercising. I think 'I at least have to get a mile in..' and then I usually get more because I am already doing it so why stop now? I am sure by the time you hit May you will be excited for your results and will want to continue. Wishing you good luck on your weight loss efforts.. and Congrats on your one month Sparkaversary!
