First off, how did I make it two whole days without realizing that I have been on this healthy lifestyle change for a month. That sure went fast. I told myself that I need to stick this out until at least May. That way it can give me the courage to continue on past that. If these months go as fast as this first month did, then I should be there in no time.
Now on to the fun part
my weigh in results.
Since last Sunday I am down one pound. It's better than I expected. However, what really makes me happy is keeping track of my measurements. Yes ladies and gentlemen, I am down another 1.5 inches in my waist, a whole inch in my hips, and a half an inch in my neck. I am so excited! This is a great step in the right direction.
Way to go me! Haha
