Picture the amount of weight you've lost so far in a way that you can really visualize itómaybe you've lost a set of 20-pound dumbbells, a few cans of soup or the weight of your dog! Feel the heaviness of that weight and be proud of how far you've come!

Wow ... well, that's hard. I've only gained weight since I started in 2009. It's difficult to imagine :(
