Well last week was definately disappointing as far as weight loss goes. I had a super busy stressful week and I really didn't have a lot of time to workout at all. I ate pretty healthy though. I didn't lose any weight but I did maintain and I guess that's a plus. This week I have a lot more free time on my hands. I am hoping to really focus on my workouts this week and kick butt. I'm not going to write out a workout plan because if I don't stick to it 100% it depresses me. So my goal this week is to workout 6 out of 7 days at least. All 7 would be awesome. I'm also going to stay in my calorie range this week and eat super clean and healthy. Let's hope this is a better week for weightloss.
