emoticon today I woke up half an hour earlier than my alarm cuz the dog seemed to want to go outside so I re-set my alarm for an additional hour but never could go back to sleep...arggg. Got up, took my shower, ate breakfast and sparked. It snowed so had to head out earlier than normal to take it slow & steady. Had a pretty good day at work then got home and totally nixed all my workout plans ~ I was super hungry for one thing.

Changing my mind ~ changing my attitude:
1. Fitness is a way of life ~ it's like brushing my teeth or taking a shower.
2. Schedule my workouts
3. Listen to my body and rest when needed.
4. Fuel my body with purpose: Protein for muscles, carbs for energy, and produce for vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Have treats in moderation.
5. Focus ~ Be Here Now.
6. Push through the frustrations.
7. Plan my meals.
8. My flaws are my motivators.
9. My goal is clear ~ regardless of what life brings, I will race to the finish line.
10. Be persistent.
11. I have no excuses.
12. Giving up is not an option.

emoticon Stronger than I imagined but still have goals to reach. Talked with Erin and she is pregnant due in October ~ how exciting ~ called Mom again to see how her day went today ~ they worked on a picture board to take to his memorial tomorrow. I really feel like such a heel not being able to be there with the rest of the family.
