Day 2: Turbo Fire

Day 2 of the Prep Schedule, and I was bored. Stretch 40 was on the menu, and I was not very fond of it, probably because I'm not very flexible right now at all. It was basically all yoga and stretch moves. I've been talking about taking a yoga class, but I'm giving it second thoughts, because it's definitely NOT my favorite. Maybe when I get a bit more flexible later on I'll enjoy it more? We will see. I did 22 mins of Fire 30 again from yesterday's workout. I won't be able to work out tomorrow due to bowling, so I didn't want to walk away today with just stretch moves. I know the Prep Schedule is all about starting you off slow, but I feel like I need something in between. So I'll just modify and make up stuff as I go, if I want something more. Part of me wants to hop right in the regular schedule, but I know that's not a smart move. I need to buy a resistance band tomorrow for my next workout. Really looking forward to that one!
Today I burned 378 calories.
On another note, my boyfriend took me to a Whole Foods over by where he works. I had never been to one before, and it was heaven! It's quite the hike over, but well worth it! I found some stuff that I can't find locally, and we bought some sweet red wine that I'm hoping I will like.
