Day 4

Stayed within my goal, but felt very hungry all day at work. By the time I got home I could not wait to eat. I was careful and I ate really slowly. But now a few hours later I am starting to feel hungry again. I will just drink water and hope that over time my stomach will shrink and this will end. UGH more unpaid OT at work today so busy so stressful. I should be able to track all the work I do at work to see if it is burning calories. ??? hmmm I wounder if it does

    If you you walk it would count as steps/moving.

Try to find something to occupy your mind to see if that helps with your appetite.

    Hey...not sure what your whole story is but be sure to be kind to yourself! Try to do nice things for yourself in a non-food way. Hang in there emoticon
