It's been a busy past few days, to say the least. I thought I had my appetite under control. Yesterday and today, I'm hungry!!! Physically not doing anymore than usual, mainly brain work...lol And that doesn't burn many extra calories! My food choices haven't changed and are good. I'm not eating empty calories. So what gives? I don't want to go out of my calorie limit or eat late at night, but this is frustrating!
