I'm hungry!

It's been a busy past few days, to say the least. I thought I had my appetite under control. Yesterday and today, I'm hungry!!! Physically not doing anymore than usual, mainly brain work...lol And that doesn't burn many extra calories! My food choices haven't changed and are good. I'm not eating empty calories. So what gives? I don't want to go out of my calorie limit or eat late at night, but this is frustrating!

    I suggest water, and then more water, and then if you have to an apple then more water.. you end up running to the loo so often you don't have time to worry about being hungry.... true... emoticon emoticon
