Stretching and Strengthening

I am focusing on these - 10+ mins daily.
I want an exercise mat (my birthday is coming up), and I am going to commit to this little amount of time every day for me.
If I can't manage that - then I need to take a long hard look at myself!

I have not been using my 'Other Goals' page on SP lately - so I have streamlined it to what is really important to me.
1. Get my fresh fruit & vege serves
2. Drink my water
3. 10+ minutes of stretch & strength

    Excellent goal! I, too, want an exercise mat. I have a yoga mat that someone in an old yoga class gave me way back when for free, but now that I'm doing my yoga on a hardwood floor instead of a carpeted one, I really need one of those thick mats because it's bruising my spine!

    Sounds like a great plan to me. I forget about my "other goals" page. Not sure why.
Buy yourselft the mat for your birthday. A pretty one. emoticon
