Blizzard in Connecticut then sleet?

Sunday, February 10, 2013

I hear we could have sleet on top of all this snow. Today was very sunny and WHITE outside! Mountains of snow. Yuk sleet. We'll see. I really do need to go grocery shopping!

Thinking of you and also thankful that it is your part of the country and not ours
We have some snow and ice so have to be careful where we walk and drive
Take care and be careful
One day at a time

Believe it or not, rain/sleet on top of snow is better than vice versa. Better to melt the snow a bit than freeze the rain and drop snow on top. MN has been getting a mix back and forth, so it's crazy dangerous here even though we only got about 1-3" in the Minneapolis/St Paul metro. Glad I'm not going anywhere. Hope you can get your grocery shopping done soon and safely.
