PM Strength training/cardio: Total: 60 minutes / Cal: 342
Les Mills: Pump and Burn (10 lbs total used w/barbell) / 4lb dumbbell for core work
Cathe's Volume 1 Step Jam
... I really liked the way the Les Mills workouts are sequenced... just when you think you can't do another rep, it changes... Lots of variety. Includes a warm-up and a cool-down.
I only did 30 minutes of Cathe's step workout, but it was fun!

PM: Chicken Marsala, medley of bell peppers, mushrooms on a bed of riced califlower.
