The last three nights I have been doing a home sleep study. My doctor wanted to rule out sleep apnea. These have been rough nights - I hardly slept. It was very hard since I was hooked up to three different wires. I am glad it is over.
Saturday, my trainer did a fat analysis. I also gave him my questionaire. We will go over things on Wed after my session. I really like him - he is so encouraging. During our group session he had us to the leg press machine. I had previously only pressed 135 lbs., he put 195 pounds on. I looked at him unbelievable -- he said "You can do it" and I DID - for 3 rounds of one minute!
In the afternoon I laid down for a 30 min nap -- I woke up 2 1/2 hours later! Then this afternoon I took a 1 1/2 hour nap. I guess I am catching up on my loss sleep from the sleep study!
Daily Goals: 2/9 & 2/10
1) Blog --
2) Exercise at least 20 minutes.
3) Eat at least 3 freggies a day
