470 and 471 - needing more sleep but still exercising

It's been kind of a lazy weekend for me and I really haven't gotten a lot done. Our daughter came home for the weekend so I kind of just hung out with her and did laundry and housework.
Yesterday (day 470) I went out and walked/ran for 21 minutes (1.42 miles) in the neighborhood and then went to see my sister and her family and went out for supper with their family. I was good and had this yummy salad at Quaker Steak & Lube. It's called a Biker Chick(en) salad and it's packed full of lettuce and fruits (pineapple, strawberries, etc) with a poppyseed dressing and grilled chicken. It's gotten to where I use about a tablespoon of dressing on my salad instead of the big cup that they bring. That saves me some pretty good calories so I can enjoy the yummy fruits, nuts and veggies.
Today I did 20 minutes on my gazelle and covered a couple of miles and worked up a good sweat. I woke up about 4:30 this morning and couldn't get back to sleep. I'm hoping to get to bed early tonight since I've felt pretty yucky today. I've had a headache off and on most of the day and haven't really felt like eating that much. I made a pan of lasagna using some of my homemade spaghetti sauce made with ground turkey. I used the recipe calculator (my best friend!!) and figured the nutritional value and it runs about 310 calories per piece using lowfat ricotta & mozzarella cheeses. Pretty yummy!
