Did well today, I began using Jillian Michaels 6 weeks 6 pack, honestly I was only able to did 1/2 of level 1 and had a very difficult time doing the plank and burpees, tomorrows goal to go better than today.

    I find your blog similar with my situation: I have been doing Boot Camp at my work with a group and so many times I cant do certain things and Just always try to do better the next time.
