Did well today, I began using Jillian Michaels 6 weeks 6 pack, honestly I was only able to did 1/2 of level 1 and had a very difficult time doing the plank and burpees, tomorrows goal to go better than today.
I find your blog similar with my situation: I have been doing Boot Camp at my work with a group and so many times I cant do certain things and Just always try to do better the next time. It only takes one step in the right direction and mine is in the direction of change : Better eating habits and lots of exercise. Take Care. Lisa
