25" of snow?!

Yep thats right we ended up getting a whopping 25" of snow which is intense! I did not lose power however the shoveling was an amazing work out total in one day almost 5 hours and then another hour today just to clean everything up and make it so we can pull the cars in and out. However i didnt realize how many calories you burn while shoveling and the funny thing is i put in so many work out minutes in one day that it equaled out to be more then i normally would put in, probably in a week.

So i hit my 500 minute marker and i thank you Gopintos for commenting on that. and I had my weigh in today and i lose nothing this week. I find that a little weird but ill take it for what it is and work a little harder this week.

Any ideas on what i should next to work some of this weight off? This is one of the biggest challenges I have ever had losing the weight that i wished i never would put on in the first place!

    Stay safe! I would love some snow! But like 7 or 8 inches is plenty. :)

    Stay warm and safe! Be sure and do some light stretching so you don't tighten up after all that heavy shoveling....
