Back At It!

I finally feel well enough to work out again, so I upped the resistance on my elliptical and did 30 minutes. I also had water today, which I rarely do. That was good. I made my starting stats vid on YouTube. Weigh in days are now on Sunday. Can't wait to update my weight next week. :) I'll post my updates on here too of course.
