I did it! I didn't go over any of my calories, fat, carbs or protein. I like to think I ate pretty good today. I even have a few extra calories left. Let me see.....an orange.....apple....one of my frozen berry smoothies? This is truely an accomplishment for me. Now to see if I can keep it up :) PLUS, I'm full as hell, been that way all day long. AHHH, sweet victories lol
