Lazy Sunday

My Fitbit is telling me that I have hit my goal for steps walked and miles (5), but it wants me to burn some more calories and be more active. I am not feeling it today. I did Zumba and Yoga for today. That is one thing about the Fitbit. I feel guilty now if I don't get 100 percent every day and I could see that actually wearing me down REAL fast. Isn't there suppose to be a day off somewhere? Where you don't have to get up and run around your house every 5 minutes? I need a break and I am going to take it!

    I just got a Fitbit and totally understand what you're saying. I have decided not to fall for the pressure of having to please the fitbit goal! (smiling) Also, thank you for your remark on my page. Yes, my boys are Himi brothers and they are so adorable. They have puppy purrsonalities and are so gentle and loving.
