My Fitbit is telling me that I have hit my goal for steps walked and miles (5), but it wants me to burn some more calories and be more active. I am not feeling it today. I did Zumba and Yoga for today. That is one thing about the Fitbit. I feel guilty now if I don't get 100 percent every day and I could see that actually wearing me down REAL fast. Isn't there suppose to be a day off somewhere? Where you don't have to get up and run around your house every 5 minutes? I need a break and I am going to take it!
