Pomegranate and Brussels Sprout Salad

From Skinny Bitch, Ultimate Everyday Cookbook, pg. 130

I told Andy_54 I'd give this to her. If I were to make this, I would omit the tofu, but this is the recipe as written.

3C Brussels sprouts
1C thinly sliced radicchio
2C chopped romaine lettuce
1/4C pom seeds
1/2C mandarine oranges or tangerine wedges
1C firm tofu, drained and cubed
1/4C roasted hazelnuts
1/4C balsamic vinegar
1T soy sauce
2tsp mirin
1/4C olive oil
1 garlic clove
1/2tsp dried rosemary
pepper, to taste

*steam the sprouts 3-5 minutes, or until soft. place in colander and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking. cut them into quarters. in a large bowl, toss together the sprouts, radicchio, romaine, pom seeds, oranges, tofu and hazelnuts
*in a medium bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, mirin, oil, garlic, and rosemary, for the dressing. heat a small frying pan over medium heat and pour in the dressing, cooking until the mixture starts to bubble. Add to the salad and toss. Season w/ pepper.
