Day 28

Ok I have not excised the last month at all, but I have hugely improved my eating habits. So I am not going to consider it a waste. Can I just erase the last month and start over? I can?! Sweet! So today is day 2 of working out and day 28 eating better. I am gone to clinical and school as early at 5am and get home as late as 530pm so you can imagine how hard it was to try to prepare 3-4 meals a day and get my homework done every day. Today I went and did my grocery shopping (for the next 2 weeks, thank you Costco and your huge portions). I got a tip to prepare all my meals ahead of time so I did. And I must say I really like that i can eat so much healthy food with 0 cooking all week. I have decided to cut my carbs down to almost nothing (not completely or I would never stick to it). And that should help me not be sore for my 5k on Saturday. So much protein! Ok, Iím out of here.... oh I guess I should measure really quickly huh?

    Even if you hadn't been working out, you stuck to eating right. That's success in my book! Keep up the good work and i'm sure you'll find the time to get in that bikini, if you ever get a break with that schooling. :)
