Ok I have not excised the last month at all, but I have hugely improved my eating habits. So I am not going to consider it a waste. Can I just erase the last month and start over? I can?! Sweet! So today is day 2 of working out and day 28 eating better. I am gone to clinical and school as early at 5am and get home as late as 530pm so you can imagine how hard it was to try to prepare 3-4 meals a day and get my homework done every day. Today I went and did my grocery shopping (for the next 2 weeks, thank you Costco and your huge portions). I got a tip to prepare all my meals ahead of time so I did. And I must say I really like that i can eat so much healthy food with 0 cooking all week. I have decided to cut my carbs down to almost nothing (not completely or I would never stick to it). And that should help me not be sore for my 5k on Saturday. So much protein! Ok, I’m out of here.... oh I guess I should measure really quickly huh?
