Quick update

Sunday, February 10, 2013

I walked over 9 miles today, but I didn't do anything else, so I am calling it a rest day. It was nice weather for walking today. Still a bit chilly, but sunny for a change. I took Cooper out this morning, and he didn't want to come back in. He was enjoying himself outside in the sunshine.

My SIL called this afternoon and asked if I would drive my niece to her appointment on Wednesday morning again. It worked out fine last time, so I agreed... pending permission from my dad to borrow his truck. I just hope the weather holds. That isn't my favorite drive in bad weather.

Once again your "rest" day was better than my active day! I'm always so impressed by your activity.

Some would cross train on a rest day. You just cut it in half!! Your rest is 4 x my regular workout. It has definitely worked for you.

We got around 4 inches of snow. Thank goodness for the plow on the ATV. I cleared off the steps and walk while Jim did 7 driveways in the neighborhood.

At least it stopped snowing and was really nice out for clearing the snow out.
