I woke up feel tired today but rested...still had to talk myself into a workout today so I dragged my butt downstairs
Chest Back and shoulders...man did that BURN!!! I used 5's 8's 10's 12's 15's 20's 25's and 30's...loved it!!!
now usually 5's 8's and 10's are to light for me but man Cathe is strong so when she picked up the 5's 8's and 10's so did I and man sometimes I wanted to stop even with those weights....soooo glad I picked up those lighter weights
and after my workout I feel great!! Like awesome!! lol
Today is the first day since getting sick that my stomach didn't hurt at ALL!!!
