It's Sunday!

So it's Sunday. We walked a little bit at Target today. I found a couple of shirts on clearance. I found a couple of clearanced shirts yesterday at Kohl's but one of them didn't fit. It's was a button up and it buttoned up at the bottom but when I got to my blasted boobs the fabric was miles apart. The other shirt I got was a little tight but it was an exercise shirt and it was purple which was my favorite color so my mom definitely didn't get it. If I keep losing weight it won't be so tight soon. My morning walk this morning didn't happen. Elijah was up at 4 am but I managed to get him back to sleep after bringing him to bed with me. I got my coffee and my shower and then sat at the computer until it was light enough for me to be seen and lo and behold Elijah was up at 7. It's supposed to rain for the next 3 days so I'll be doing fitness videos and hopefully the wii the next 3 days. I am excited to go grocery shopping next weekend. I am going to start a list on Monday and once I get the weekly ads for Albertson's and Winn Dixie I am going to see what deals they have. Hopefully we go to the fresh produce store in Denham Springs this weekend. They have some good fruit and veggies. The one time we went there I saw a carrot that was at least 2 or 3 inches around and probably a foot long. It was huge. It would have been good in soup. I am going to be making my vegetable soup within a week or so after going grocery shopping. I am going to be getting some new recipes to try out. I love to cook and I love to eat. Hopefully they finish renovating the fitness center this week if not early next week. I would love to get up at like 5 or 5:30 and go before mom leaves for work and use the treadmill for at least 20 minutes if not longer. I want to start doing interval speeds. I am itching to get back onto the treadmill. I want to work my way up to running on the treadmill. Elijah has a doctor's appointment on the 18th and I am hoping that it's nice so we can walk around the track that's around the lake they have. Fresh air and a different environment. Fingers crossed it's nice.

    I was thinking about going up and down the stairs on my walks around the complex. All of the buildings have stairs but the 1 and 2 bedroom apartments don't have the entries like the 3 bedrooms.

    Good luck with all your plans, I enjoy the SP videos! You can also use a mattress and jog unless it breaks. I used to jump up and down on the hotel beds for exercise when we stayed at a place with no gym. If there are stairs anywhere close just go up and down them for 30 min.
