    Interesting. I was always taught to breakfast like a queen, lunch like a princess, and dine like a pauper. Too bad I never followed that advice!

    Interesting article, thanks for sharing. For many years I have eaten my largest meal at lunch time and less at the evening meal. It's worked well for me.

    We eat main meal in evening due to dh work schedule. Sometimes I eat big meal midday and just eat less with him. I still think timing isn't as important for me as are calories.

    Interesting. I always thought eating the main meal in the middle of the day was cool. Of course I had lived in Belgium for a while and that is what the family did. Evening meals were lighter. Now many eat the main meal in the evening because they have changed their life style....
I still like eating a main meal at noon/1PM and a light meal at night. I sleep better.
