I'm feeling pretty good right about now b/c I went out today to meet my sister at Wal-Mart, walked there in about 20 minutes. Then we had lunch, and then we went right back to Wal-Mart and did some grocery shopping and then I walked home with three bags of groceries and I got a good work out in huffing and puffing my way home in the snow.


I'm glad I decided to go out with my sister today!

I came home, put all the groceries away and then started cleaning house too, so in all I got lots of activity in today, yay!
