so . . . I have not been diligent with recording food lately
yeah - up 4 pounds hehe
and I do believe not so much that it was cuz I eating carbs, but for my body, the wrong kind.
sometimes its frustrating for me cuz I'm the only one trying to eat healthy. my hubby and kidz can eat all these carbs, and me, I shouldn't.
Although last night I did make a bit of a breakthrough.
Usually when hubby would decide to order pizza, I'd get some too. I bailed. I had decided to only order out 2x a month. I already ordered out at the beginning of the month.
so . . . .I can't order out until the next weekend or so. That was progress for me.
So for me, noodles and rice, are no-nos. But starchy veggies such as peas and potatoes and ezekiel bread or spelt bread are good.
I have to remember that. Its just hard sometimes when all my "support" is online, y'know?
