if you are truly hungry then eat something that will provide some needed nutrition (vitamins, protein etc).

if you are craving a food keep to a proper portion size and enjoy it then go do something else. do not waste time being guilty. Focus on living and doing not eating things that you enjoy.

    i try to not limit foods cause i find when i do i will want them more, so i eat anything i want but in moderation and measure it :)
