I went home this weekend and my mom made a proposal. "By the time you come back for your spring break, let's both agree to lose 5 lbs. If you don't lose the weight, you have to pay up $5 per lb."
So, I agreed! Pretty good incentive I thought. The only thing is that my mom has been doing Weight Watchers for the past 4 months and has this weight lost thing down to a science. I'm kind of nervous. I have her beat with working out, but my eating habits (as mentioned before) are off the chain!! lol
Anyway, I'm doing good so far. I started today. I've eaten a ton of fruits and veggies. I'll be heading to the Turbo Kick class with a girlfriend pretty soon. I really hope I can keep this up.
Usually, I would do this diet called the Master Cleanse and drop 10 lbs in about 2 weeks. However, it always makes me lose so much muscle and most of the weight comes off. I want to do things the right way this time and keep the weight off for good!!
