so yes I got my butt up early yesterday and ran 5 miles before going down felt good!! I drank 2 more drinks than I wanted to but it could of been a lot 4 weeks in a row I have ran 5 runs a week!! im so glad im getting back to my normal run schedule just in time for spring. today is my rest day but tomorrow im back to it running and my kickboxing. allsmiles :-)
