Spark Coach Challenge for Today

Today[s challenge was one that I re-visit often. It is simple, basic, and should be something that is easy to do. Drinking more water. The benefits are well known. For some reason it has always been a difficult thing for me to do.
Many of the suggestions I have tried. The unfortunate thing is I still lack consistency.
However, there were some new ideas I think will be beneficial. The challenge is to carry a
water bottle with me, or stash supplies of water in visible places where I would see them as I do my regular activities.
By doing this along with the suggestions such as drinking with all meals, including a full glass when taking medications, and re-filling a glass to keep in hand during social occasions, I believe
I can get more water in.
I will take the challenge today knowing that sometimes when it is in sight, it is also on the mind.

    Since I've become an adult, I've lost the taste for pop, kool aid, etc. I like juice but I actually prefer plain water or plain unsweetened tea if I'm drinking a lot. And if it's hot out side, sugary drinks and beer and alcohol just make me thirstier.

    I'm with AZMOMXTWO. I only drink water, all day, (after my morning coffee and OJ)
I've been doing this for about 20 years now. I figure that if I hadn't been doing that, I would have had an awful lot more weight to lose than the 25 lbs that became permanent.
I hope you will find it easier as you incorporate the suggestions. It really makes a difference.

  drinking warter is easy for me but then I have always like wter better then other drinks
