Today[s challenge was one that I re-visit often. It is simple, basic, and should be something that is easy to do. Drinking more water. The benefits are well known. For some reason it has always been a difficult thing for me to do.
Many of the suggestions I have tried. The unfortunate thing is I still lack consistency.
However, there were some new ideas I think will be beneficial. The challenge is to carry a
water bottle with me, or stash supplies of water in visible places where I would see them as I do my regular activities.
By doing this along with the suggestions such as drinking with all meals, including a full glass when taking medications, and re-filling a glass to keep in hand during social occasions, I believe
I can get more water in.
I will take the challenge today knowing that sometimes when it is in sight, it is also on the mind.
