I'm going to try to do weekly updates, just to keep myself a little more accountable.

Weekly Fitness Minutes: 711
Weekly Calories Burned: 3205
Well as far as weight goes, mid week I was up to 172 and brought it back down to 170.6 for a net gain of .2lbs.
I've adjusted my meals, whereas supper was my biggest I'm eating more throughout my day and a little exercise after supper. In the few days since I've started this I already noticed a difference. Weekly weigh-in for the biggest loser competition is tomorrow so fingers crossed :)
