Thyroid Diet: 5 weeks and 9 pounds lighter

I am ending the 5th week of my thyroid diet, and am 9 pounds lighter. I am so grateful for this program...this is the first and only thing that has worked for me for years. The good part is...it works!!! The hard part is...I am still (!) going too low on carbs and giving myself headaches. But I am figuring it out.
