Change for the better

Since my last post, I've been mostly eating better, tracking my food on My Fitness Pal, and doing a little bit of walking. I've pretty much stayed the same weight, so it is really time to kick it into high gear. Tomorrow morning at 5 a.m. (and this is after working until 10 tonight!) I am starting a Woman's Bootcamp! Only hope I'll be able to walk home after it's over at 6. emoticon At least for 5 weeks I'm going to try and get myself back into the exercise habit. Bootcamp is Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and my friend Christina talked me into doing it with her, so at least I won't be suffering alone!
I'll check in from time to time and let you know how it's going.
