I lost inches but gained some on my hips but it might be the fact I got on a new birth control.
I weighed in for my 90 day challenge yesterday, it went pretty well. They have you check-in and have you get on a scale that measure your fat percentage according to the gym my body is about 46% fat! It makes me want to work hard and get that percentage down! Afterwards, they take you in a private room and ask about your medical history and goals, and if you have a support system or not. In the end they gave me a green light to compete and I went to work out for a little bit.
I'm really excited to start!! I can't wait to share my next results with you!
