Still at it!!

So on February 7th it was a month that I've been at this Healthy eating and exercising, still need to go weigh in and see results hope its good, my clothes are fitting better. Can't say I have more energy as I tend to be ADHD, and can't sit still very long! lol
I can say that I feel very accomplished since I've kept up the commitment. I went out to eat and to the movies with my husband, my sister and her husband, I had some anitpasta, a beer and half a cannoli. Went a little over but its ok, I felt in totally control. (super good feeling)
Thank so all my spark friends for the support, couldn't of done it without you!!!!
