Winter 5% Challenge -
- I will exercise daily for a minimum of 15 minutes for the 56 days of the challenge.
- I will follow "The Specific Carbohydrate Diet" = Grain- Free, Sugar-Free and Gluten-Free
I daily remind myself: "Nothing tastes as good as healthy FEELS!"
- On my Team page I will record my daily exercise and Living the Good Life Point
- Saturdays I will weigh in and record it.
- I will check in with my team and leave comments on the Discussion Board as I have time.
- I will read and comment on blogs as I have time.
I look forward to being part of a "Challenge" again.
I have had some good experiences with "Challenges" and I have had some "Challenges" with Challenges.
