Have you ever had one of those days where nothing feels right? You get up out of bed, you struggle with your emotions. What am I going to do today? Am I going to workout? Am I not going to workout? So I get up and do a 72 minute Yoga workout and I feel great, but I still don't feel good inside. Then you say to yourself, "What am I going to eat for breakfast? Do I eat this, do I eat that? So I decide to have one serving of shredded wheat with a serving of fresh blueberries, a banana and a health choice whole wheat English muffin with a teaspoon of low sugar strawberry preserves. So I say ok, "I did pretty good this morning! So why I am still feeling so down? So then I decide to come back and do my Spark People. I start to cheer up a little bit because I realize that maybe I just need to get a lone with the Lord and pray for a little bit. Sometimes things in life seem out of sorts, but God always puts things back in perspective for me. What puts things back in perspective for you? Are you struggling with things in your head? Are you having a hard time trying to get motivated to get out of bed and exercise, eat right, do all the other things you have scheduled for the day? Then PRAY! Ask God to help give you strength because he will!

Now I feel whole again and ready to take on my week!
