The biggest obstacle for me is eating after I have eaten ..but don't feel full. It is that time when I should wait. I also think Ben and Jerry are my good friends from Vermont..hahah. They must be controlled.
I have not exercised for years..(30)..so I have to keep at it. I am planning to DO the exercises on the BLC, even if they are too difficult..I will adjust them.
I will find foods that I can snack on that are not cheese or nuts.
