Sunday Weigh In -1.8 lbs!

Sunday, February 10, 2013

Okay, I guess my frustrations yesterday weren't quite so warrented, but I did drink a TON of water to counteract the sodium...

So here are my numbers:

Highest Weight: 193.2
SP Start Weight: 180
Last Week: 162.6
This Week: 160.8

-1.8 lbs! Yay!
I've updated my flowchart with more gold star stickers, but I will post the picture later.
I'm headed to the library and the grocery store now.

It's another lovely sunny day here in GA...I'm planning on getting back outside for some more archery this afternoon!

I hope your weekly weigh in was a positive one, too!

Congrats! Keep up the good work. I know what it's like to be frustrated...I'm on a plateau myself.
