I looked at the graph after weighing in today, which shows steady progress. I've lost 13 lbs since starting December 30. I love the graph, as it is such a visual motivator. My weight will stay the same for days, and then suddenly drop. The slower weight loss seems to take the weight off in all the right places, as my clothes are fitting better all the time, and I feel more energetic. Using Sparkpeople is fun to do every day!
